They are Pottery Barn kids but they are preowned. Crafted of MDF (medium density fiberboard). Exterior is painted gray with white trim. Features clapboard trim, 4 windows, balcony, and front door. Back of house is open and has two floors. Dollhouse dimensions (when assembled): 19.25″ wide x 12″ deep x 22.5 high. Recommended for ages 3 and up. House is brand new in box.
