According to the package and site, it is made with 100% organic cotton, 200 thread count. I also do not know if this sheet set would fit a twin xl bed. This set is for a twin bed, not an xl bed. Please note that the twin flat sheet and twin fitted sheet may not fit all twin beds. Moreover, this sheet set has no Christmas design or pictures on it. The care and maintenance needed for the sheet set are unknown. The label do not mention enough information.
